1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AdwaFlow WABA CRM platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Use of Services & Meta API Compliance
AdwaFlow provides direct integrations to the Official WhatsApp Business API. By using our service:
- You agree to comply with all of Meta's WhatsApp Business Policies.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary customer opt-ins before initiating bulk campaigns.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that trigger high user spam/block rates on WhatsApp, as it impacts our shared integration stability.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access the dashboard, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API tokens, and webhook secrets. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage or security breach.
4. Subscription Billing & Prepaid Systems
AdwaFlow offers both recurring subscription plans (Standard, Premium, Ultimate) and manual prepaid payment methods:
- Recurring Payments: Plan fees are charged at the beginning of each billing interval (Monthly or Annually) based on the subscription tier chosen.
- Prepaid Billing: Prepaid activations can be paid manually using any supported UPI app. Platform activation is initiated immediately upon successful transaction verification.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, design modules, interfaces, logos, and features of the AdwaFlow CRM remain the exclusive intellectual property of AdwaFlow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the SaaS tool for your business operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdwaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of business leads, API rate limit blockages, message delivery failures, or number suspensions imposed by Meta.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or suspend our services at any time for policy compliance failures, billing defaults, or violations of Meta's guidelines.
